About me

Polyphasic sleeping is not my only life hack. Additionally, I do CRON (calorie restriction / optimal nutrition) for life-extension. I use a Dvorak keyboard arrangement. I do ultralight backpacking (my pack weight is about 6 lbs not including consumables). I am re-working my land for an edible, perennial, permaculture gardening as well as a living maze. For a living, I design small, energy-efficent homes in the northeast. I am currently in the process of building my own zero-energy home in the woods of Maine. I live here with my very tolerant wife, my cat, and a handful of chickens. I am an Aspie and glad of it. I enjoy kayaking and martial arts.

As you can see by my blog url, I had intended to do a dymaxion schedule, but in the end, I could not figure out how to work that around a work and social schedule while still using some of my basic knowledge of circadian rhythms. So I ended up designing this circadian triphasic schedule. I have since found a few other people that have also independently come up with very similar schedules. I think that this is an underrated polyphasic pattern, and I would like to see it more heavily promoted. I believe that it is accessible to many more people than the Uberman or the Everyman.
